PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The headquarters of IBM Deutschland were constructed at the location in Ehningen, spanning an area of around 12,000 m2 for offices and conference rooms. Offices are arranged on the outside around the foyer, customer forum and conference centre in the middle of the building. The architecture reflects the concept of “concentration and communication”. A round embankment around the star-shaped building separates the outdoor space into five courtyards.
