The modern office building was realised as headquarters for T-Online. It forms part of the development of the 20-hectare business and technology park, TZ Rhein Main. The 4 to 7-storey functional buildings of the T-Online headquarters were fitted with state-of-the-art ICT technology. Innovative concrete core activation was used for climate control. The uses of lots of glass makes the building appear light and open. The green outdoor spaces provide quiet areas and ensure a pleasant working environment. Besides a restaurant for more than 600 people, a day-care centre for the employees’ children was also integrated nearby. In the direct vicinity, FOM Real Estate implemented a building complex for T-Systems and in 2006 another office building, including a multi-story car park, for Telekom.
