Should you exercise these rights, we will examine your request thoroughly, taking into account the relevant legal requirements and obligations. We may request further information from you for this purpose. We will explain the results of our assessment and the steps we are taking to fulfil your request in detail. It is possible that we may not be able to fully comply with your requests in the manner you have specified. This should not deter you from exercising your rights with us or from enquiring with us in this regard. We will be happy to answer all your enquiries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(2) Right of access<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have the right to request information from us at any time as to whether and which of your personal data we are processing. This also includes details of the purposes of the processing, where applicable, the recipients to whom we have disclosed your data, the intended retention period and, where applicable, details of the origin of this data, provided that we did not collect it directly from you. (5) Right to restriction of processing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of personal data we hold about you. Once this restriction is in place, processing of this data is only permitted with your consent or for a limited number of purposes specified by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
