Maas Tower
(Maastoren)
The tallest building in the Netherlands
At 165 metres, the Maastower (Maastoren) is the tallest building in the Netherlands and is situated in the vibrant Kop van Zuid business district, which has developed significantly, particularly over the last decade. It is therefore located in the most prestigious office district and makes a striking contribution to Rotterdam’s skyline. The area is well connected to the city centre via the Erasmus Bridge, the underground, trams and buses.
The building, which is both state-of-the-art and sustainable (EPC rating A+), appeals to a wide range of tenants. Alongside financially sound anchor tenants such as the consultancy firm Deloitte and AKD, the largest law firm in the Benelux countries, the Maastower is also in high demand amongst a large number of smaller companies. The recent lease signed by the Dutch Ministry of Justice underlines the excellent tenant mix.
